    • An exchange (if the product is available)

    • A full refund to your original payment method

 

4. Refund Processing Time
    Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days from the approval date.

    The exact time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution’s

    processing time.

 

5. Shipping & Customer Responsibility

    • All shipping fees (including return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • Promotion and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Purchases made with discount coupons are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
