1. How long does order processing take?
• All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on Saturdays after 9:00 AM, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the
next working day.
• You’ll receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order ships.
2. What are the delivery options and timelines?
• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days and is available nationwide.
• Express Shipping: Delivery usually occurs within 2–5 business days and is available in selected
areas only.
• International Shipping: Delivery time ranges from 7–21 business days, available in selected
countries only.
• Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs
clearance, or weather disruptions.
3. How much is shipping?
• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Free standard shipping is available for orders over RM 60.00 (within Malaysia).
• All shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
• Yes! We ship to selected countries. However:
• Customs duties, taxes, and import regulations are the customer’s responsibility.
• Health Secret is not responsible for customs delays or package rejections.
• Please ensure your ordered products are allowed in your country.
5. What happens if I enter the wrong address?
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• If an incorrect address causes delivery failure, we’ll need to charge a re-delivery fee.
• Health Secret is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors or your local delivery
office before contacting us.
6. What if my order is lost, damaged, or stolen?
We’re here to help:
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate and assist with a replacement or
refund.
• If it arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
7. How can I track my order?
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can track your order anytime directly through the courier’s website.
8. Can this policy change?
• Yes. Health Secret reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. All
updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
